There are tons of ways to handle objections.

  • LAER - Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond.

  • ARC - Acknowledge, Reframe, Close

  • Feel, Felt Found.

  • Etc…

So which one is best?

For me…

The best way to overcome an objection is by trying to fully understand their situation.

Ask questions to get a full picture on if it really is a good fit.

However, that might be tough for a rep that’s just starting out.

They don’t have the experience to lead the conversation down the right path.

In these cases, the frameworks are helpful to stay structured in your responses.

P.s. my favorite is LAER because it’s more question based.
