🏆 How to stand out in your interviews.

I’ve gotten a lot of messages asking for advice around landing new SDR or AE role.

I’ve recently gone through that process.

The big thing I learned is that you need to stand out with your level of preparation.

• Have a sharable slide with all your performance metrics.

• Have an example of your strategic prospect you can share.

• Have references ready to go ( I screenshot my LinkedIn in recs).

My rule of thumb is share your screen at least once during each stage of the interview.

Do something to disrupt the way they’ve regularly done their interviews.

It’ll be memorable when they’re talking about you when you’re not in the room.

“ I remember Cipriano, he put together a great presentation and was very prepared with his metrics”

Do things to stand out, and you’ll be surprised how much further you go in the process.
